The Center for Abused Persons (CAP) offers a 24-hour crisis hotline, individual counseling, victim advocacy, support groups, abuse intervention programming, and community education. Grant support for these services is generously provided by the Governor's Office of Crime Control & Prevention, Charles County Charitable Trust, United Way of Charles County, Community Foundation of Southern Maryland.
